Is there a way to "win" the game, like getting a good ending? For example, what if you smashed 20 vermins in the last level. Is there an alternative ending?

(1 edit)

Perfect Vermin features one ending. However there are secrets within the game.

(+2)

But I am still wondering what happens if I killed all the cursed furniture on the last level. Does it just have the exact same results?

(+3)

Fantastic game, well worth the time to play and I recommend folks drop a few bucks on this as a tip! Very fun, imaginative and takes you for a super bizarre twist!

(+4)

I am scared of and in awe of your imagination in equal measure, this was incredible and massively poignant for a game that is essentially about smashing stuff. Keep these kind of games coming!!

I am experiencing a bug at the beginning of the game when I start the game the vermin counter does not appear and does not let me advance through the game please fix it

Hello, would you be able to tell us your system specs so we can work to identify the problem. Intel laptops are consistently incompatible with Perfect Vermin.

Processor AMD A69220 RADEON R4 2.50GH

Ram instaled: 8 gb of RAM

OS: Windows 10 64 bits, 64 bits processor

And the bug looks like this:

thanks for helping

The story tells you that you can smoke, but you have to believe that "the heart will turn black"

This was absolutely amazing. I initially thought it was just a lighthearted romp through the office casually destroying things, but as the game went on, the true nature became more and more clear. The ending was so mind blowingly great, and the last line really hit me hard. Amazing game through and through!

This game was quite the trip. I really liked while playing and I think I like it more now after taking some time to digest it. I highly recommend this game. Absolutely play it! I also made a playthrough if you wanna see my reaction or potentially swap notes 🤍 (edit: of course this by the swallow the sea dev XD)

Just... incredible. The visual storytelling blows me away. It's a game that leaves an impact on you for a while.

(+4)

This game is educational, right?

(+4)

Okay, there is a deeper meaning to this game rather than you just BREAKING things. You'll find that out once you progress. One thing I failed to mention from my run through was the fact the "guy" was smoking cigarettes. Could that be what led to his demise? Anyway, the game play was good and I did enjoy breaking things! lol

Here's my game play from my FRIGHT series. Skip to 14:44.

i like breaking things in games

(1 edit) (+4)

I really enjoyed this game! Very unsettling.

(+4)

I'm so impressed by this game. The simple mechanic of just smashing things to smash them early on is great then after that.. oh that's good. That hit hard, and I loved it. Not gonna lie i was looking for something chill and that's what this looked like and i was surprised. This was great, 10/10

(+4)

GET THE VERMIN! This was a really cool concept and and interesting take!

(+3)

Awesome game, I really liked the atmosphere and the game play :)
Can you please add a option for mouse invert?

(+3)

We have just released a patch adding the ability to invert the mouse axis.

(+4)

Very Very weird game, but really enjoyed it :) keep making good games such as this
(+3)

I loved this game, going into it I had no idea what tov expect but I was not disappointed, It was weird and confusing at points but it became clear that there was a story behind it. I highly recommend this game to everyone (unless your squeamish)

(+3)

I really enjoyed this game and had fun with the mechanics. The strange audio from the characters was unique too and I loved the pixel art style. Tee message at the end was surprising too and very well done!

Keep up the great work! :)

(+1)(-2)

why i played this....idk but it was funny

Show post...

I like it, very different style
(+4)

This game lured me in with the graphics and the fun of smashing things but kept me after I understood what the message was.
Wonderful game and I'm glad I both played and watched another play it to be able to soak it all in.

(+3)(-1)

At first I wasn't sure what was going on as I was smashing my way through the office building, but as the game progressed and the story unfolded I was surprised to see how deep it was. A strange game with an important message - I really enjoyed it. Nice work!

(+3)

Such a cool game! I had chills the whole time I was playing and genuinely got freaked out by some parts of it! Also, if anyone wants to watch the video and support me, then feel free!

(+3)

Very unique game! I genuinely love it and very different! I love the true idea of putting cancer behind all of this! Never seen anything like it!

(+3)

This game is great. Really like the idea of split screen control that really need focus on which to do first. I wonder if possible to clear the last round with kill all the vermin?

(+3)

Smashing everything was great fun and I like the graphics! I would have also liked background music during the game.

(+3)

This game was amazing! it was cool and creepy and to the point that i didnt expect.

(+3)

An extremely interesting game, will have to replay it at some time and try to speed run it!

(+3)

Super confusing, yet super satisfying... nice

(+3)

This was a pretty good game. My only issue was the text at the end went a bit fast for me. But that is just me.

(+3)

Making me rethink about my smoking habits more than anything else ever did.

this my grandpa after death

Is there a way to change the resolution? I can see the window cuts on the left and right side. I tried windowed mode, and resizing the window but it forces some sort of aspect ratio that keeps cutting the sides of the screen, and going full screen doesn't show the full screen either. I can force my desktop resolution to a different one that makes it (in windowed) actually break out of that aspect radio when pressing 'maximize' on the window, but that is still not ideal, changing my resolution just for a game.

Hello! This is a feature that we will be looking into.

(1 edit) (+3)

Really original! Very surreal but had a blast!
